This is how easy is to place an order with us:

• Select Your Package: Choose from our range of packages, starting from 6 tees and going up to 24 tees per pack.
• Pick Tee Colors: Choose the color of the tee you prefer for your order.
• Select Sizes and Units: Ensure that the number of units you select matches the package size chosen in step one. Failure to match these quantities will result in order cancellation.
• Choose Location: Select the location on the tee where you want the design.
• Upload or Create Artwork: If you have your artwork ready, simply upload it. Need help with the design? Reach out to us (Support@windycityprintpros.com) and our team will assist you at no additional cost.
• Add Instructions: If you have specific instructions or details, feel free to include them in the provided field.

Important Note: We’ll send you a mockup first for approval before moving forward. Once you confirm all details and give the go-ahead, we’ll start processing your order immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, ensuring you’re happy with the design before production begins.

What is Embroidery?

Processing and shipping times:

If you provide us with your logo in the appropriate embroidery file format (DST), vector file, or a high-resolution PNG image, it greatly expedites the process. For instance, a logo not optimized for embroidery might take about a day or two to convert. Once we have the file prepared for embroidery, we’ll create a mockup for your review. Upon your same-day approval, we’ll swiftly move to embroider your tees.

The embroidery process typically takes up to 2 days, varying based on the package selected. Once your custom tees are embroidered, they’ll be shipped out the same day. Shipping timelines generally range between 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Providing us with print-ready artwork ensures a quicker turnaround, expediting both production and delivery of your custom-embroidered tees.
