This is how easy is to place an order with us:

• Select Your Package: Choose from our range of packages, starting from 6 tees and going up to 24 tees per pack.
• Pick Tee Colors: Choose the color of the tee you prefer for your order.
• Select Sizes and Units: Ensure that the number of units you select matches the package size chosen in step one. Failure to match these quantities will result in order cancellation.
• Choose Paint Color and Location: Select the paint color for your design and specify the location (front or back) on the tee where you want the design.
• Upload or Create Artwork: If you have your artwork ready, simply upload it. Need help with the design? Reach out to us (Support@windycityprintpros.com) and our team will assist you at no additional cost.
• Add Instructions: If you have specific instructions or details, feel free to include them in the provided field.

Important Note: We’ll send you a mockup first for approval before moving forward. Once you confirm all details and give the go-ahead, we’ll start processing your order immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, ensuring you’re happy with the design before production begins.

What is Digital Heat Transfer Printing?

Digital Heat Transfer Printing is like a high-tech sticker for your clothes. We use a special printer to create your design on a special paper. Then, using heat, we transfer that design onto your shirt or fabric. It’s great for colorful and detailed designs. Think of it like a cool sticker that’s permanently on your clothes.

Processing and shipping times:

If you provide us with ready-to-print artwork, we can speed up the process. For example, if you supply a high-resolution PNG file or a vector file, it’ll help us get your design ready faster. Once we have the artwork, we’ll prepare it for digital heat transfer printing, which typically takes about a day.

After that, we’ll create a mockup for you to review. Once you approve the design on the same day, we’ll start the printing process for your tees. This usually takes up to 2 days, depending on the package you select.

Once the printing is complete, we’ll ship your order out the same day. Shipping times vary but generally take between 3-5 business days based on your location. So, providing print-ready artwork helps us expedite your order and get it shipped to you promptly.
